This 2018 vintage is crafted from a meticulous blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay, sourced from prestigious Premiers and Grands crus vineyards on the Montagne de Reims and Côte des Blancs.
To achieve its delicate salmon hue and subtle complexity, 15% of the Pinot Noir is vinified "en rouge" from select vineyards in Bouzy, Ambonnay, and Cumieres. The Champagne undergoes a slow fermentation process and extended aging in Pol Roger's deep cellars, resulting in a fine and persistent mousse that enhances its vibrant character.
