Winemaking: The grapes for this refined sparkling wine are hand-harvested in September and October. After undergoing malolactic fermentation to add richness and buttery notes, 29% of the blend is matured in French oak barrels. The wine is then aged on its lees for three and a half years before release, resulting in a complex palate with well-integrated oak flavours and toast-like aromas. This careful process highlights the vibrant tropical fruit characteristics balanced by the richness from the barrel aging.
