Hibiki 21 is becoming more difficult to find, due to the stock shortage at Suntory’s warehouse of aged whisky.

Nose – Cooked fruit, blackberry, ripe banana, caramel.
Palate – Sandalwood, honeycomb, dried apricot and Mizunara (Japanese oak).
Finish – Long, rich with incense aroma.
