Tasting Notes:

• Eye: A luminous golden colour with flecks of green and very fine, elegant bubbles.
• Nose: A deep and complex bouquet with notes of marzipan, dried fruit, and candied citrus. Hints of William pear, sesame seeds, lime blossom, and aniseed further enhance the wine’s minerality.
• Palate: Fresh and invigorating, with aromas of nougat and citrus zest. Woody hints and a touch of chalkiness lead to a saline, delicate, and pure finish.

• Blend: 100% Chardonnay, sourced from 15 Crus, with 70% from Grand and Premier Crus vineyards.
