Pol Roger Rich Demi Sec Champagne 75cl is a sweet yet perfectly balanced cuvée, launched in 2001 to satisfy even the most demanding connoisseur's sweet tooth. This demi-sec champagne, which sits between sec and demi-sec, offers a harmonious blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay from 30 different crus, including 25% reserve wines for added complexity.

Vinification & Maturation:

• Grapes are delicately pressed, with must undergoing two settling stages before low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel vats.
• After blending and bottling, the wine matures in Pol Roger’s deep cellars for a minimum of four years.
• A traditional hand-riddling process precedes disgorging and a final dosage of 34g/l, which enhances the champagne's sweet flavour.
